Need help with Wake, want to report a problem or abuse, or have a request about your data? This page is the front door. Everything below lands with a person, not a ticket queue.

Get help

Email support@firmair.com and tell us what happened. Two things make a report much easier to act on:

• Your app version. In the app, open Settings and tap Version — it copies a line like “Wake 1.0.0 (25)” you can paste into your email. (The in-app Contact Support row pre-fills this for you.)
• What you expected and what you saw — a screenshot or the link you were on helps a lot.

Report abuse or a safety concern

If something on Wake is being misused — a live track that shouldn’t be public, harassment, impersonation, or anything that puts an athlete at risk — email support@firmair.com with “Wake abuse report” in the subject and include the link, race code, or shared report you’re concerned about.

Reports involving a minor’s visibility are read first. We can remove a boat, session, or shared link from public view while we look into it.

Data & privacy requests

• Your own account. You can erase everything yourself, immediately: in the app, open Settings and choose Delete my account. It permanently removes your account and all your training data from our servers — no email required.
• On behalf of someone else — your child, or an athlete you’re responsible for: email support@firmair.com with what you’d like removed. We’ll confirm you’re entitled to ask, then act on it. Privacy-specific requests also reach us at privacy@firmair.com, the contact named in our Privacy Policy.
